“Digital transitions in Cultural and Creative Industries in India”

This Symposium proposes to explore the changing landscape of cultural and creative industries in India in the context of the rapid expansion of digital technologies and social media. The general objectives are to better understand the articulation between the evolution of the digital environment, the industrialization of culture and new creative practices in India through a transdisciplinary, transversal and comparative approach between the different sectors : music, press, audiovisual (film, TV), visual arts, craft and design and videogames.

“Transitions numériques dans les industries culturelles et créatives en Inde”

Ce symposium propose d’explorer les mutations des industries culturelles et créatives en Inde dans le contexte de l’expansion rapide des technologies numériques et des réseaux sociaux. Les principaux objectifs sont de comprendre l’articulation entre l’évolution de l’environnement numérique, l’industrialisation de la culture et les nouvelles pratiques créatives en Inde à travers une approche transdisciplinaire, transversale et comparative entre les différents secteurs: musique, presse, audiovisuel (cinéma, TV), arts visuels, artisanat et jeux vidéo.
